We currently only accept orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Delivery to other countries, including EU countries, is currently not available. ANjAS-SHOP is designed for the Swiss market and the legal requirements applicable in Switzerland.
No. All orders must be placed directly through our online shop. This is the only way to ensure that your order and selected payment method are processed correctly.

No. We closed our manufacturing workshop in 2015. During the first few years after our company was founded in 2012, we still made our dreamcatchers ourselves. However, the amount of work involved and the production costs became too high, so we discontinued our own production. Thank you for your understanding.

With us you can shop without a minimum order value – small orders are welcome too. We want to give you maximum flexibility, whether you only need a small spare part or a gift. To keep prices fair despite small orders, we use a transparent shipping flat rate and – for very small baskets – a moderate small-quantity surcharge (see the section below). This keeps our calculation lean and our product prices attractive. Tip: from CHF 50.– we deliver free of shipping costs.
For orders with a goods value under CHF 10.– we charge a small-quantity surcharge of CHF 2.–. From CHF 10.– the surcharge is dropped automatically. Why do we charge the surcharge? • Fair wages & workload: Even small orders cause the same packing, picking and service effort. • Fixed costs: Payment fees, packaging, IT operations and administration arise per order – regardless of the goods value. • Sustainability: Very small shipments are ecologically and economically unfavourable. The surcharge helps to keep shipping routes efficient. We deliberately keep it moderate so that you stay flexible. At the same time, this allows us to ensure fair prices and a reliable service for all our customers. Note: from CHF 50.– shipping is free.
At ANjAS-SHOP you can shape your own discount: the more items you put in the basket, the higher your discount. The discount applies automatically to the whole basket; you do not need to enter a code. The basket shows you at any time which discount applies. Number of items Your discount 2 items 5 % 3 to 4 items 10 % 5 to 7 items 15 % 8 and 9 items 20 % 10 items or more 25 % Excluded from the quantity discount: Mystery Boxes and gift vouchers. They do not count towards the number of items, receive no quantity discount and do not trigger a higher tier. If you put them in the cart together with other items, the quantity discount only applies to the other items. You can redeem a gift voucher you have bought as a means of payment. The quantity discount then applies to the items you order. In short: the quantity discount and free shipping depend on the items you keep in the end. What applies to returns: • The discount applies to the items you keep. If you return items, the discount depends on the number of items you keep in the end. When refunding, we recalculate the discount. If the remaining number corresponds to a lower tier, that tier's percentage applies. If only one item remains, there is no quantity discount. • Free shipping from CHF 50.– applies only to B-Post and to the value of the goods you keep. If the value of the items you keep is below CHF 50.–, free shipping no longer applies and we charge CHF 3.95 when refunding. This applies with or without a quantity discount. • Returns because of a defect, a wrong delivery or transport damage have no effect on the discount and free shipping. These items still count. The same applies to an exchange for an identical item and to items we cannot deliver. Example with 8 items at CHF 20.– each: • You order 8 items: 8 × CHF 20.– = CHF 160.–. With a 20 % discount you pay CHF 128.– and get free shipping. • You return 1 item and keep 7: your discount is now 15 %. The 7 items cost CHF 119.–. The value of the goods is above CHF 50.–, so there are no shipping costs. You get CHF 9.– back. • You return 7 items and keep 1: a single item gets no quantity discount, it costs CHF 20.–. The value of the goods is below CHF 50.–, so we charge CHF 3.95 shipping costs. You get CHF 104.05 back (CHF 128.– minus CHF 20.– minus CHF 3.95). Vouchers: The quantity discount and a voucher code with a percentage discount are not added together. The higher of the two percentages applies; if they are equal, the quantity discount applies. You can always redeem gift vouchers in addition. They do not count as items, however, and do not receive a quantity discount. We are accommodating. If you are unsure whether a return affects your discount or shipping, ask us beforehand. We will gladly work it out for you in advance. Your order is generally carefully packed and handed over to Swiss Post within 24 hours. With A Mail, your order will normally arrive within 1–2 working days. With B Mail, delivery takes approximately 3–4 working days. A Mail orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 10:00 a.m. are handed over to Swiss Post on the same working day and are generally delivered on the following working day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. All products available for immediate delivery are stored in our Swiss warehouse in Horriwil.
We offer free shipping on orders of CHF 50.– or more. For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a shipping contribution of CHF 3.95. If you select A Mail, shipping costs CHF 5.– for shipments up to 80 g and CHF 9.– for shipments over 80 g. For orders under CHF 10.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 2.– applies. If your order is shipped in several partial deliveries, you will of course only pay the shipping costs once. We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Not every order receives a tracking number. Larger shipments that we send as parcels with Swiss Post can be tracked online. For parcel shipments, the tracking number is automatically sent to you by email. You can use it to check the current shipping status of your order with Swiss Post. Depending on their size and weight, smaller products are sent as small or maxi letters. No tracking number is available for these shipping methods. Your order is delivered directly to the address of your choice – of course also to any place of your choice in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please enter your delivery address during the ordering process. Naturally this causes no additional costs and you pay the shipping charges only once.
We want to offer you fair prices and reliable shipping. To keep this possible, we charge a small surcharge of CHF 2.– on very small orders under CHF 10.–. We do our best to deliver all products shown in the online shop as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, in individual cases a delivery may be delayed or an item may no longer be available. In case of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail or WhatsApp. If you do not agree to the delay, you can cancel the order for the affected items free of charge. We refund amounts already paid for these items. If an item is no longer available, we cancel this part of the order and refund amounts already paid for the item concerned. Where possible, we offer you a suitable alternative (replacement product) – you decide whether to accept it. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete and that shipments are accepted or collected from the post office in time. With the handover of the parcels by ANjAS-SHOP to Swiss Post, the transport risks of the ordered goods pass to the buyer. ANjAS-SHOP always strives to pack the goods well and safely. In addition, all products go through a quality check with us before we pack and ship the goods. ANjAS-SHOP accepts no liability for loss or theft of the shipment in transit or for removal from the letterbox. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the purchase price are excluded.
Gift vouchers are digital vouchers with a personal code. There are no shipping costs: you receive the voucher by e-mail with a PDF once payment has been received. For prepayment, delivery takes place as soon as your payment has reached us. • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance expires afterwards. • Redeeming: enter the code in the cart in the «Promo code» field or scan the QR code on the PDF. A customer account is required for the order. • The voucher covers items and shipping costs. Our partner MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account” as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. No. As we receive very few returns, we currently do not provide pre-printed return labels. You can use any standard waterproof label or write the return address clearly on a piece of paper and protect it from moisture with transparent adhesive tape.
Yes. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Our selling prices are calculated so that return shipping costs are not already included as a flat-rate amount in the product prices. This means that customers who keep their order do not indirectly pay hidden return costs.

ANjAS-SHOP imports all products in the shop directly. We source our goods from various manufacturers and suppliers around the world. We currently stock products from countries including Chile, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Tunisia, Morocco, China, India, Australia and Indonesia, particularly Bali. We import the products into Switzerland ourselves and store them in our warehouse in Horriwil. This enables us to ship many items quickly and directly from our Swiss warehouse.
