We grant you a voluntary 14-day right of return. If you do not like a product you ordered, you can return it to us within 14 days and request a refund of the value of the goods. Only the value of the returned items will be refunded, not the shipping costs of the original order. Please note our exceptions under point 1.3.
1.1 How do I proceed with my return?
Please fill out the return form on the back of the delivery note and send the goods back to us together with the delivery note to the address listed below.
1.2 You can also make your return through your account
If you wish, you can also register your return via your customer account. To do so, log in to your account in our shop. Go to “Your account” and click on “Order history”. Open the relevant order and scroll down to the order overview. Mark all products you would like to return by ticking the checkbox. Then enter the reason for the return in the text field and click the “REQUEST A RETURN” button. We will get back to you within 24h.
1.3 Which products are excluded from the right of return?
- • Mystery boxes
- • Heavily discounted products over 40%, such as clearance items
- • Opened puzzles and used balloons
- • Goods that are incomplete or whose original packaging is missing or damaged
- • Dirty, used or damaged items
- • Special orders and larger quantities requested by the customer
Please do not return products without prior agreement if they are excluded from return. In such cases, we cannot accept the goods. The invoice amount remains due.
1.4 The costs of return shipping
The costs of return shipping and the shipping risk are borne by the buyer. Please make sure your return is sufficiently stamped. Thank you for your understanding.
2.1 Your refund will be issued after receipt of the return
As part of the 14-day right of return, you can return the goods to us within the return period. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the value of the returned items. Shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded. Please note our return exceptions under point 1.3.
2.2 Only the value of the goods will be refunded
We only refund the value of the returned items. Shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.
If you purchased by invoice, the previous invoice will be cancelled. You will then receive a new invoice by e-mail or by post with the current value of the goods.
In order to continue offering you favourable prices, we charge a handling and processing fee of CHF 4.60 in the event of a return for orders with free shipping. This fee is not part of the return shipping costs. The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer in accordance with point 1.4.
For orders where shipping costs have already been charged, no additional handling and processing fee of CHF 4.60 will be charged.
4.1 How do I proceed with warranty claims?
Your received invoice or delivery note serves as proof of warranty in the event of complaints about the goods. Please therefore keep your invoice or delivery note in a safe place so that you can present it if needed.
In the event of warranty claims, we ask you to contact us via the contact button at the bottom left of our homepage, by WhatsApp or by e-mail, and to send us a photo of the goods in advance. We will get back to you within 24h and discuss the further procedure with you. Please do not send us any goods without prior agreement. Otherwise, we cannot accept the goods.
4.2 What rights do I have in the event of warranty claims?
In the event of warranty claims, you can choose between the following options:

- • Free replacement of the goods
4.3 Excluded from the warranty are:
The warranty is void in the event of: damage caused by impacts, knocks, falls, collisions, pressure, heat, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, grime, mud or by the customer's own repair attempts.
Minor deviations from the promised characteristics of the goods do not constitute any warranty claim.
