Guten Tag Frau Müller. Besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Das tut uns leid zu hören. Möchten Sie einen Ersatztraumfänger, einen Preisnachlass oder Ihr Geld zurück. Bis jetzt hatten wir noch keine Beschwerden zu diesem Produkt. Es könnte sein, dass der Traumfänger zu fest gelitten hat und deswegen die Federn verliert. Oder dass es ein Montagsprodukt ist. Dies kommt durchaus auch bei Traumfänger vor. Wir werden dies jedenfalls im Auge behalten und gegebenenfalls den Artikel aus dem Sortiment entfernen.
