At the moment, orders can only be placed within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Your order will be delivered directly to the address of your choice – including any destination in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please enter your delivery address during the checkout process. Of course, this does not incur any additional costs and shipping charges are only applied once.

We aim to offer you fair prices and reliable shipping. To keep this possible, a small surcharge of CHF 2.– applies to very small orders under CHF 10.–. This helps us cover packaging and handling costs even for the tiniest orders.

• Orders under CHF 50.–: shipping fee CHF 3.95
• From CHF 50.–: Free shipping
• A-Post shipments up to 80g: CHF 5.–
• A-Post shipments over 80g: CHF 9.–

• B-Post: approx. 4–5 business days
• A-Post: approx. 1–2 business days

Note for Friday orders: Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. can only be handed over to the post office on Monday (information according to Subingen SO post office).

If your delivery is split into several partial shipments, you will of course only pay the shipping fee once. Thank you for your understanding and support – this allows us to continue offering attractive prices and fast service.

Return of goods and warranty

We make every effort to deliver all products shown in our online shop as quickly as possible. However, in isolated cases a delivery may be delayed or an item may no longer be available.

In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail or via WhatsApp. If you do not agree with the delay, you may cancel the order for the affected items free of charge. Any amounts already paid for these items will be refunded to you.

If an item is no longer available, we will cancel that part of the order and refund any amounts already paid for the affected item. Where possible, we will offer you a suitable alternative (replacement product) – you decide whether you wish to accept it.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete and that shipments are accepted or collected from the post office in good time.

If a shipment is returned to us for one of the following reasons:

• incorrect or incomplete address
• parcel or shipment not collected within the collection period of the postal service

the following rules apply:

• We will inform you about the returned shipment.
• On request, we will resend the order to the corrected or confirmed address.
• The costs of reshipping (including any return charges invoiced by the postal service) are borne by the customer and must be paid before the shipment is resent.

If you do not wish to receive a new delivery, we can cancel the order. In this case, we will refund the product amount; any shipping and return costs already incurred remain payable.

When ANjAS-SHOP hands over the packages to the Swiss Post, the transport risks of the ordered goods are transferred to the buyer. ANjAS-SHOP always makes every effort to package the goods well and safely. Furthermore, all of our products undergo a quality control before we pack and ship the goods.

ANjAS-SHOP assumes no liability for loss or theft of the shipment during transport or for theft from the mailbox compartment. Claims for cancellation of the contract or for a reduction in the purchase price are excluded.

With us you can shop without any minimum order value – small orders are always welcome.

To keep prices attractive, we charge transparent shipping costs and, for very small baskets, a modest low-order surcharge (see below).

Tip: from CHF 50.–, shipping is free.

For orders below CHF 10.– we apply a surcharge of CHF 2.–. From CHF 10.– upwards, the surcharge is waived.

Why this surcharge?

• Fair wages & workload: Even the smallest order requires the same packing and handling effort.
• Fixed costs: Payment fees, packaging and administration apply to every order.
• Sustainability: Very small shipments are neither economical nor ecological.

We keep this surcharge moderate, to ensure fair prices and reliable service for everyone.

At ANjAS-SHOP you can create your own discount using our tiered pricing. The more you buy of one item, the higher your discount will be. You will be amazed at how much money you can save. If the tiered pricing function is missing for your desired product, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to make you an offer.

If you have purchased large quantities and only return some products, we will charge you the price per unit. We ask for your understanding.

It can happen that colors are displayed with minor deviations during photography, digitization or on the home screen. For this reason, we ask for your understanding if slight color differences arise between the product photo and the ordered product. You are of course entitled to make use of our 14-day right of return. In order to eliminate these errors as best as possible, we ask you to indicate this error when returning the product.
