ANjAS-SHOP is committed to simple and easy-to-understand Terms and Conditions that can be read and understood without a lawyer.

Order safely and conveniently in our ANjAS-SHOP online store. Your ordered goods are processed within 24 hours after receipt of the order and handed over to Swiss Post. As a rule, Swiss Post needs approx. 3–4 working days by B Mail or 1–2 working days by A Mail for delivery to your home. It is not possible to send parcels via Swiss Post at weekends.

When you place an order in our shop, our General Terms and Conditions apply and are accepted with every order. For “purchase on account” you must also accept the General Terms and Conditions of our partner PowerPay.

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders can only be placed by persons aged 18 years or over with residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Customers under the age of 18 require the signature of their legal representative.

The products and prices shown in the ANjAS-SHOP online store do not yet constitute a binding contract, but merely an invitation to place an order with us.

When you submit your order in the online store, you make an offer to us to purchase these products. Immediately afterwards you receive an automatically generated email with the order confirmation. This email only confirms that we have received your order – it does not yet mean that we accept the order.

A binding purchase contract is only concluded when we

  • • confirm the dispatch of the goods to you by email or
  • • dispatch the goods to the address you have provided.

The payment methods, conditions and any fees described on the “Payment options” page apply. These regulations form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Your order will be delivered directly to the address of your choice – of course also to any place of your choice in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please enter your delivery address in the order process. Naturally, this does not result in any additional costs and you only pay the shipping costs once.

We make every effort to deliver all products shown in the online store as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, in individual cases it may happen that an item:

  • • is temporarily delivered late or
  • • is no longer available.

Delivery delay: If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. If you do not agree with the delay, you may cancel the order for the affected items free of charge. Amounts already paid for these items will be refunded to you.

Unavailability: If an ordered item is no longer available, we will cancel this part of the order. Amounts already paid for items that are no longer available will be refunded to you. If possible, we will offer you a suitable alternative (replacement product). You decide whether you wish to accept it.

Partial deliveries: If it makes sense, we may send your order in partial deliveries (e.g. if an item is available later). This does not result in any additional shipping costs for you.

Default of acceptance / incorrect address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete and that consignments are accepted or collected from the post office in good time.

A consignment is returned to us for the following reasons:

  • • incorrect or incomplete address
  • • uncollected parcel / uncollected consignment within the collection period of the post office

the following applies:

  • • We will inform you about the return.
  • • On request, we will resend the order to the corrected or confirmed address.
  • • The costs for resending (including any return fees charged by Swiss Post) are in this case borne by the customer and must be paid before reshipment.

If, in such a case, you do not want the order to be sent again, we can cancel the order. In this case we will refund you the product amount; shipping costs and any return costs already incurred remain payable.

We grant you a voluntary 14-day right of return. If you do not like the product you have ordered, you can return it to us within 14 days and request a refund of your money for the goods. We only refund the amount for the goods, excluding shipping costs. Please note our exceptions (Section 1.3).

1.1 How do I proceed with my return?

Fill out the returns form on the back of the delivery note and send the goods to us together with your delivery note to the address indicated below.

1.2 You can also process your return via your account

If you wish, you can also process your return via your account. Log into your account in our shop. Go to “Your account” and click on “Order history”. Click on the order concerned. Scroll down to the order overview. Tick all the products that you wish to return. Please enter the reason in the text field. Then click on the “REQUEST A RETURN” button. We will contact you within 24 hours.

1.3 Which products are excluded from the right of return?

  • • Mystery boxes
  • • Heavily reduced products over 40% such as clearance items
  • • Opened puzzles and used balloons
  • • Goods that are incomplete or whose original packaging is missing or damaged
  • • Soiled, used or damaged items
  • • Special orders and larger quantities ordered at the customer’s request

Please do not return products to us without prior consultation which are excluded from return. Otherwise, we cannot accept the goods. The invoice amount remains payable in these cases.

1.4 Costs of return shipment

The costs and shipping risk for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. Our prices are calculated so tightly that these costs are not included in the price. We thank you for your understanding.

You can shop with us without any minimum order value – small orders are also welcome. We want to offer you maximum flexibility, whether you just need a small spare part or a gift.

To ensure that prices remain fair even for small orders, we use a transparent shipping fee and – for very small shopping baskets – a moderate low-order surcharge (see section below). This allows us to keep our calculations lean and our product prices attractive.

Tip: From CHF 50.– we deliver free of charge.

For orders with a value of goods of less than CHF 10.– we charge a low-order surcharge of CHF 2.–. From CHF 10.– the surcharge is automatically waived.

Why do we charge this surcharge?

  • Fair wages & workload: Even small orders cause the same packing, picking and service effort.
  • Fixed costs: Payment fees, packaging, IT operations and administration apply per order – regardless of the order value.
  • Sustainability: Very small consignments are economically and ecologically unfavourable. The surcharge helps to keep shipping routes efficient.

We deliberately keep the surcharge moderate so that you remain flexible. At the same time, this enables us to offer fair prices and reliable service for all customers.

Note: From CHF 50.– shipping is free.

Prices: Our prices are continuously adjusted to current market fluctuations.

VAT: In Switzerland, sole proprietorships are exempt from VAT (Art. 10 para. 2 lit. a and c as well as 14 para. 1 lit. a and 3 MWSTG) if the turnover from taxable services (supply of goods and/or services) is less than CHF 100,000.– within one year. This currently applies to ANjAS-SHOP, which is why we do not charge our customers any VAT.

The following promotions are carried out:

  • • Clearance sales
  • • 10% vouchers
  • • 10% birthday vouchers

They are valid for a limited period of time, cannot be combined and are not paid out in cash.

At ANjAS-SHOP you can shape your discount yourself with our graduated prices. The more units you buy of one item, the higher your discount. You will be amazed how much money you can save. If the graduated price function is missing for the product you want, you are welcome to contact us. We will gladly prepare an offer for you.

If you have purchased larger quantities and only return some of the products, we will charge you the price per single unit. We ask for your understanding.

4.1 How do I proceed with warranty claims?

Your invoice or delivery note serves as your warranty certificate for all complaints about the goods. Therefore, please keep your invoice or delivery note in a safe place so that you can present it if necessary.

For warranty claims, please contact us via the contact button (bottom left on our homepage) by WhatsApp or email and send us a photo of the goods in advance. We will get back to you within 24 hours and discuss the next steps with you. Please do not send us any goods without prior consultation. Otherwise, we cannot accept the goods.

4.2 What rights do I have in the event of warranty claims?

In the event of warranty claims, you can choose from the following options:

  • • Refund of your money
  • • Free replacement of the goods
4.3 The following are excluded from the warranty:

The warranty expires if: the products show signs of impacts, shocks, falls, collisions, pressure, heat, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, mud and other damage or if they have been damaged by attempts at self-repair by the customer.

Minor deviations from the guaranteed properties of the goods do not entitle the customer to warranty claims.

If you discover a defect in a product, please contact us by email or WhatsApp. Describe the defect. We will explain the next steps to you. You can then send the product to us together with a description of the defect and the invoice or warranty confirmation to the address given below:

If a defect is due to a parcel damaged by Swiss Post, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the parcel and the products by email or WhatsApp. This serves as proof for Swiss Post (see below “Exclusion of liability in the event of theft and loss”).

It may happen that colours are displayed with slight deviations during photography, digital processing or on your screen at home. For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding if slight colour differences occur between the product photo and the product you ordered. Of course, you have the right to make use of our 14-day right of return. To help us minimise such deviations, please indicate this when returning the goods.

ANjAS-SHOP is liable, to the extent permitted by law, only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data or for acts and omissions of third parties (e.g. Swiss Post, payment service providers, technical service providers).

The liability of ANjAS-SHOP is, to the extent permitted by law, limited in amount to the value of the goods of the respective order. Mandatory statutory liability provisions (e.g. in the case of personal injury or product liability) remain reserved.

We pack your order carefully and hand the goods over to Swiss Post.

When the goods are handed over to Swiss Post, the risk of transport passes to the buyer.

To the extent permitted by law, ANjAS-SHOP accepts no liability for loss or theft of the consignment during transport or for theft from the letterbox or storage compartment. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the purchase price are excluded in such cases.

In all other respects, our general limitation of liability applies.

Until full payment of the delivered goods has been made, ANjAS-SHOP remains the owner of the goods. We reserve the right, in the event of non-payment of the goods, to reclaim them. The costs incurred as a result, as well as the sales price, postage and packaging, are borne by the debtor.

We reserve the right to change our General Terms and Conditions at any time.

Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is the place of our registered office in Horriwil, Canton of Solothurn. Swiss law applies.

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) can be displayed in several languages. In the event of any ambiguities, discrepancies or contradictions between the language versions, only the German version of the GTC is legally binding.

Translations into other languages are provided for the better understanding of our customers only.
