This not only saves trees, but also significantly reduces energy and toner usage. This step represents an important milestone on our path towards low-paper offices. Misprints are sensibly reused, for example as notepaper or for creative activities, and are then properly recycled.

Packaging waste is a major ecological challenge today. Therefore, we consciously ensure that, wherever possible, we source and distribute products with minimal or no packaging. In certain cases, we deliberately remove unnecessary packaging and recycle the materials. This reduces avoidable waste and spares our customers excessive packaging material. Many customers appreciate this approach, and we also take critical feedback seriously in order to continuously improve.

To ensure that your order arrives safely, cushioning material is sometimes unavoidable. Instead of sourcing new material, we deliberately reuse polystyrene sheets obtained from other businesses, which we cut to size and use again. In this way, we give the material a second life cycle and avoid new production. In addition, we also reuse tissue paper, bubble wrap and plastic bags whenever they are still in good condition, in order to conserve resources responsibly.

Responsible environmental stewardship is very important to us. For this reason, we deliberately ship all parcels with Swiss Post.
