Can I order from the EU or from a country other than Switzerland?
We currently only accept orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Delivery to other countries, including EU countries, is currently not available.
ANjAS-SHOP is designed for the Swiss market and the legal requirements applicable in Switzerland.
Can I order by email or telephone?
No. All orders must be placed directly through our online shop. This is the only way to ensure that your order and selected payment method are processed correctly.
Can I view or collect products from a shop?
No. Our products are available exclusively through our online shop. ANjAS-SHOP does not operate a physical retail store.
Can you make a custom product for me?
No. We closed our manufacturing workshop in 2015. During the first few years after our company was founded in 2012, we still made our dreamcatchers ourselves.
However, the amount of work involved and the production costs became too high, so we discontinued our own production. Thank you for your understanding.
The quantity I need is not available. What can I do?
No problem. Please contact us using the “Contact” button at the bottom left. You can write to us via WhatsApp or email, or give us a call.
We will be happy to check whether we can obtain the required quantity for you. This generally takes approximately 3–4 weeks.
Orders only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
At the moment, orders can only be placed within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
No minimum order value at ANjAS-SHOP
With us you can shop without a minimum order value – small orders are welcome too. We want to give you maximum flexibility, whether you only need a small spare part or a gift.
To keep prices fair despite small orders, we use a transparent shipping flat rate and – for very small baskets – a moderate small-quantity surcharge (see the section below). This keeps our calculation lean and our product prices attractive.
Tip: from CHF 50.– we deliver free of shipping costs.
Small-quantity surcharge: CHF 2.– for orders under CHF 10.–
For orders with a goods value under CHF 10.– we charge a small-quantity surcharge of CHF 2.–. From CHF 10.– the surcharge is dropped automatically.
Why do we charge the surcharge?
• Fair wages & workload: Even small orders cause the same packing, picking and service effort.
• Fixed costs: Payment fees, packaging, IT operations and administration arise per order – regardless of the goods value.
• Sustainability: Very small shipments are ecologically and economically unfavourable. The surcharge helps to keep shipping routes efficient.
We deliberately keep it moderate so that you stay flexible. At the same time, this allows us to ensure fair prices and a reliable service for all our customers.
Note: from CHF 50.– shipping is free.
Quantity discount: the more items, the more you save
At ANjAS-SHOP you can shape your own discount: the more items you put in the basket, the higher your discount. The discount applies automatically to the whole basket; you do not need to enter a code. The basket shows you at any time which discount applies.

Excluded from the quantity discount: Mystery Boxes and gift vouchers. They do not count towards the number of items, receive no quantity discount and do not trigger a higher tier. If you put them in the cart together with other items, the quantity discount only applies to the other items. You can redeem a gift voucher you have bought as a means of payment. The quantity discount then applies to the items you order.
In short: the quantity discount and free shipping depend on the items you keep in the end.
What applies to returns:
• The discount applies to the items you keep. If you return items, the discount depends on the number of items you keep in the end. When refunding, we recalculate the discount. If the remaining number corresponds to a lower tier, that tier's percentage applies. If only one item remains, there is no quantity discount.
• Free shipping from CHF 50.– applies only to B-Post and to the value of the goods you keep. If the value of the items you keep is below CHF 50.–, free shipping no longer applies and we charge CHF 3.95 when refunding. This applies with or without a quantity discount.
• Returns because of a defect, a wrong delivery or transport damage have no effect on the discount and free shipping. These items still count. The same applies to an exchange for an identical item and to items we cannot deliver.
Example with 8 items at CHF 20.– each:
• You order 8 items: 8 × CHF 20.– = CHF 160.–. With a 20 % discount you pay CHF 128.– and get free shipping.
• You return 1 item and keep 7: your discount is now 15 %. The 7 items cost CHF 119.–. The value of the goods is above CHF 50.–, so there are no shipping costs. You get CHF 9.– back.
• You return 7 items and keep 1: a single item gets no quantity discount, it costs CHF 20.–. The value of the goods is below CHF 50.–, so we charge CHF 3.95 shipping costs. You get CHF 104.05 back (CHF 128.– minus CHF 20.– minus CHF 3.95).
Vouchers: The quantity discount and a voucher code with a percentage discount are not added together. The higher of the two percentages applies; if they are equal, the quantity discount applies. You can always redeem gift vouchers in addition. They do not count as items, however, and do not receive a quantity discount.
We are accommodating. If you are unsure whether a return affects your discount or shipping, ask us beforehand. We will gladly work it out for you in advance.

How long does delivery take?
Your order is generally carefully packed and handed over to Swiss Post within 24 hours.
With A Mail, your order will normally arrive within 1–2 working days. With B Mail, delivery takes approximately 3–4 working days.
A Mail orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 10:00 a.m. are handed over to Swiss Post on the same working day and are generally delivered on the following working day.
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. All products available for immediate delivery are stored in our Swiss warehouse in Horriwil.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders of CHF 50.– or more.
For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge a shipping contribution of CHF 3.95. If you select A Mail, shipping costs CHF 5.– for shipments up to 80 g and CHF 9.– for shipments over 80 g.
For orders under CHF 10.–, an additional small-order surcharge of CHF 2.– applies.
If your order is shipped in several partial deliveries, you will of course only pay the shipping costs once. We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
How can I track my order / tracking number?
Not every order receives a tracking number. Larger shipments that we send as parcels with Swiss Post can be tracked online.
For parcel shipments, the tracking number is automatically sent to you by email. You can use it to check the current shipping status of your order with Swiss Post.
Depending on their size and weight, smaller products are sent as small or maxi letters. No tracking number is available for these shipping methods.

Delivery to an address of your choice
Your order is delivered directly to the address of your choice – of course also to any place of your choice in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please enter your delivery address during the ordering process. Naturally this causes no additional costs and you pay the shipping charges only once.
Shipping & costs
We want to offer you fair prices and reliable shipping. To keep this possible, we charge a small surcharge of CHF 2.– on very small orders under CHF 10.–. This lets us cover the costs of packaging and handling even for the smallest orders.
Shipping costs:
• B-Post under CHF 50.– goods value: CHF 3.95
• B-Post from CHF 50.– goods value: free shipping (applies only to B-Post)

Free shipping and returns: Free shipping applies to the value of the goods you keep. Your order is carefully packed within 24h and handed over to Swiss Post.

Note for Friday orders: shipments after 10:00 can only be handed over to the Post on Monday (information from the Subingen SO post office).
If your delivery is sent in several partial shipments, you of course pay the shipping cost share only once. Thank you for your understanding and support – this allows us to keep offering you attractive prices and fast service.
Delivery delay / unavailability
We do our best to deliver all products shown in the online shop as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, in individual cases a delivery may be delayed or an item may no longer be available.
In case of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail or WhatsApp. If you do not agree to the delay, you can cancel the order for the affected items free of charge. We refund amounts already paid for these items.
If an item is no longer available, we cancel this part of the order and refund amounts already paid for the item concerned. Where possible, we offer you a suitable alternative (replacement product) – you decide whether to accept it. If an item is dropped because we cannot deliver it, your quantity discount and your free shipping remain unchanged.

Default of acceptance / wrong address
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete and that shipments are accepted or collected from the post office in time.
If a shipment is returned to us for one of the following reasons:
• wrong or incomplete address
• parcel or shipment not collected within the Post's collection period
the following applies:
• We will inform you about the return.
• On request, we will send the order again to the corrected or confirmed address.
• The costs of the renewed shipment (including any return fees of the Post) are in this case borne by the customer and must be paid before the order is sent again.
If you do not want a new delivery, we can cancel the order. In this case we refund the product amount; shipping and return costs already incurred remain owed.

Exclusion of liability in case of theft and loss
With the handover of the parcels by ANjAS-SHOP to Swiss Post, the transport risks of the ordered goods pass to the buyer. ANjAS-SHOP always strives to pack the goods well and safely. In addition, all products go through a quality check with us before we pack and ship the goods.
ANjAS-SHOP accepts no liability for loss or theft of the shipment in transit or for removal from the letterbox. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the purchase price are excluded.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are digital vouchers with a personal code. There are no shipping costs: you receive the voucher by e-mail with a PDF once payment has been received. For prepayment, delivery takes place as soon as your payment has reached us.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance expires afterwards.
• Redeeming: enter the code in the cart in the «Promo code» field or scan the QR code on the PDF. A customer account is required for the order.
• The voucher covers items and shipping costs. A remaining balance is kept and visible in your customer account.
• The voucher can only be used for one customer account: with the first redemption it is assigned, including any remaining balance, to that customer account.
• No cash payout, no taking back and no refund.
• Please treat the code like cash: ANjAS-SHOP is not liable for loss, theft or misuse of a code.

Are there any fees for making a payment?
No. All payment methods offered by ANjAS-SHOP are free of additional charges for you. We cover any transaction fees.
I cannot pay by invoice
If the message “Payment by invoice is currently not available” appears when you try to pay by invoice, the payment has not been approved by our partner MF Group / PowerPay.
There may be various reasons for this, for example:
• - incomplete or incorrect information
• - an email address that cannot be verified
• - a different or incorrect address
• - the credit check
• - other verification criteria used by the payment service provider
• - a B2B customer account
In this case, please contact our payment service provider PowerPay directly. ANjAS-SHOP has no access to the reasons for the rejection and cannot influence this decision.

B2B customers cannot order by invoice
At present, “payment by invoice” is not available to B2B customers through our partner PowerPay.
As a business customer, you can of course shop at ANjAS-SHOP using all other available payment methods.

Via TWINT with your smartphone

Purchase on account
Our partner MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account” as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb) in addition to our terms and conditions.
At the moment , "purchase on account" is deactivated for our B2B customers by our partner PowerPay. To get around this, you can register as a private person and enter your business name in the note or in the delivery address if you want to purchase on account. Via PostFinance Pay
Shopping with PostFinance Pay. The amount is immediately debited from your PostFinance account and your order is processed immediately. PostFinance combines the previous payment methods PostFinance Card and PostFinance E-Finance and replaces them with the new, improved payment method PostFinance Pay.
VISA credit card
Shop with your VISA credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
Additional security through Verified by Visa Secure Code, which enables you to carry out particularly secure credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption procedures.
Mastercard credit card

Is a return label provided?
No. As we receive very few returns, we currently do not provide pre-printed return labels.
You can use any standard waterproof label or write the return address clearly on a piece of paper and protect it from moisture with transparent adhesive tape.
Do I have to pay the return postage?
Yes. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Our selling prices are calculated so that return shipping costs are not already included as a flat-rate amount in the product prices. This means that customers who keep their order do not indirectly pay hidden return costs.
Will I receive a refund or a voucher?
We refund your money rather than issuing a voucher. The value of the returned goods is refunded. Shipping costs already incurred are not refunded.

We grant you a voluntary 14-day right of return. If you do not like a product you ordered, you can return it to us within 14 days and request a refund of the value of the goods. Only the value of the returned items will be refunded, not the shipping costs of the original order. Please note our exceptions under point 1.3. The quantity discount and free shipping depend on the items you keep (see points 2.2 and 3).

3. Free shipping and returns

If, after a return, the value of the items you keep is below CHF 50.–, free shipping no longer applies and we charge the shipping cost share of CHF 3.95 when refunding. If the value of the items you keep stays at CHF 50.– or more, or if shipping costs have already been charged for your order, no additional shipping costs are charged.
4. At ANjAS-SHOP you have a 1-year warranty on your purchased products
4.1 How do I proceed with warranty claims?
Your received invoice or delivery note serves as proof of warranty in the event of complaints about the goods. Please therefore keep your invoice or delivery note in a safe place so that you can present it if needed.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes. A customer account is required to place an order with ANjAS-SHOP. This allows your orders, delivery addresses and payment information to be assigned and processed correctly.
Is my account free?
Yes. Your ANjAS-SHOP customer account is free of charge. There is no obligation to purchase and no subscription.
How can I delete my account?
If you no longer wish to use your customer account, you can contact us using the “Contact” button at the bottom left.
Data that is subject to statutory retention requirements cannot be deleted before the applicable retention period has expired. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Where do your products come from?
ANjAS-SHOP imports all products in the shop directly. We source our goods from various manufacturers and suppliers around the world.
We currently stock products from countries including Chile, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Tunisia, Morocco, China, India, Australia and Indonesia, particularly Bali.
We import the products into Switzerland ourselves and store them in our warehouse in Horriwil. This enables us to ship many items quickly and directly from our Swiss warehouse.
Who is ANjAS-SHOP?
ANjAS-SHOP is a small Swiss family business based in Horriwil. Our online shop was founded in 2012.
It all began when Anja made dreamcatchers in her spare time. As more and more of them accumulated at home, the idea arose to open a dedicated dreamcatcher online shop.
During the first few years, we still made our dreamcatchers ourselves. Over time, however, the amount of work involved and the production costs became too high. We therefore began importing dreamcatchers from different countries.
Since then, we have continuously expanded our range with many other products and categories. We also intend to continue discovering new and interesting products for you in the future. It is therefore always worth visiting our shop again.

I found an error in a product description. What can I do?
Despite our careful checks, an error may occasionally occur in a product description, dimensions, features, images or other product information.
If you discover an error, we would be very grateful if you let us know. This allows us to check the information and correct the error as quickly as possible.

I found an error in the online shop. What can I do?
Despite our regular checks, errors can also occur in our online shop, for example incorrect links, display problems, incorrect text or technical issues.
If you notice anything, we appreciate your feedback. The more precisely you tell us which page and where the error occurs, the faster we can check and correct it.

Colour differences
It can happen that colours are displayed with minor deviations in photography, in digitisation or on your screen at home. For this reason we ask for your understanding if slight colour differences occur between the product photo and the ordered product. Of course you have the right to make use of our 14-day right of return. To avoid such deviations as far as possible, please state this when returning the goods.
